Australian children’s writer Scott Stuart shared his emotions after attending the premiere of the second part of the Disney musical Frozen, where he came dressed as a princess. His words are quoted by the Daily Mail.
The man went to the events with his little son Colin – a fan of the main character of the animated film Elsa. That evening, the child chose a blue dress like an idol, and his father chose a skirt, which he put on over a black classic suit.
In an interview, Stewart admitted to reporters that he grew up in a strict family and from childhood he was afraid of being condemned by the people around him for neglecting gender stereotypes. “To be honest, breaking stereotypes in public this time around, I was very scared and very nervous,” the writer shared.
However, despite fear, the man decided to support his son and go out in the dress of a princess. According to him, all fears were in vain, since their appearance caused only a positive reaction from other viewers.
In November, the first man in a dress on the cover of Vogue pissed off readers … British pop singer Harry Styles starred in a dress of the Gucci fashion house and ran into criticism from the side of conservative users. Among them are lawyer Ben Shapiro and political activist Candice Owens.
