Before being vaccinated with the coronavirus vaccine, Russians over 60 must wait for the remission of chronic diseases. This condition was named by doctors, an allergist-immunologist Vladimir Bolibok and an infectious disease virologist Nikolay Malyshev , URA.RU.
According to Bolibok, it is also impossible to get vaccinated if a person “right now” is sick, for example, ARVI. He stressed that in general, the vaccine does not pose any particular risks for the elderly, and said that if a person has lived more than 60 years, this indicates good health.
Malyshev pointed out that Russians over 60 should be vaccinated as soon as possible. He urged not to drink alcohol three days before and three days after vaccination. After vaccination, you should continue to follow the recommendations: wear masks, keep your distance and avoid crowded places.
