Abnormal cold weather is expected in the Amur, Tomsk, Omsk, Kemerovo and Novosibirsk regions, as well as in the Altai, Trans-Baikal, Primorsky Territories and Buryatia. In other regions, the temperature will almost coincide with the norm.
