The most popular vacancies that Russians most often looked for on the Internet were the vacancies of cleaners, security guards and drivers. This is evidenced by a study of the Rabota.ru service, reports TASS .
“Following in the top of the most frequent queries in 2020 were such professions as an accountant and a salesman. Also, residents of Russia have repeatedly looked for offers for loaders, sellers and welders,” the study says. The top 10 most popular requests are closed by vacancies of administrators and couriers.
In addition, without specifying a specific type of activity, the most popular queries were “Side job”, “Work for women”, “Work in warehouses” and “Work for students”. We were often interested in vacancies for work at home, in production, in the field of transport and construction. The ninth and tenth places in this ranking are taken by the queries “Work with accommodation” and “Work with daily pay”.
More than 290 million user requests were analyzed in total.
Previously it was reported that the average time to find a job in Russia in September 2020 year was 6.5 months. Some of the Russians were fired or laid off due to the pandemic, some were sent on unpaid leave, and some were already desperate to find a job, not finding suitable vacancies.
