First of all, you cannot store jellied meat for a long time. Its shelf life is no more than a day, and if it is jellied, then no more than two days. If he stood on the table all New Year’s Eve, it is better to throw it away immediately, because broth and gelatin are environments in which bacteria quickly multiply, the doctor reminded.
Complex salads with several ingredients, such as olivier and herring under a fur coat, should not be stored either. You can leave them in the refrigerator if you cut all their components into separate containers with a tight lid and mix, as well as refuel just before serving. Vegetable salads, after standing at room temperature, are forbidden to be stored for more than 12 hours, Denisenko noted.
The nutritionist stressed that homemade pate can only be left in the refrigerator, and then no longer than six hours. In this case, meat dishes are stored up to 12 hours.
