On New Year’s holidays, people often change their daily routine, which contributes to gaining excess weight. Tips for getting rid of it in a conversation with REN TV were given by a Russian nutritionist and endocrinologist Tatiana Filippova .
The specialist explained that first of all, it is necessary to establish a diet, sleep and physical activity. At the same time, you need to eat at least three hours before bedtime, Filippova emphasized. “Fatty and fried foods in oil should be excluded from the diet. At the festive feast it was enough,” the doctor added.
She also urged to monitor drinking water intake, add more fiber to the diet in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, the nutritionist recommended giving up sweets and pastries in the evening. “There is no need to look for radical and quick solutions. There is no magic pill, but if everything is organized correctly, gradually moving towards the goal, then you can definitely achieve the desired result,” the specialist concluded.
Previously a nutritionist Elena Solomatina told that after the New Year you can arrange fasting days or switch to a lighter diet. At the same time, according to her, all foods in the diet should be easy to digest.
