Russians have chosen the most noble profession of 2020. The list was headed by the work of doctors, for which 29 percent of respondents voted, writes RBC citing the study SuperJob job search service.
During the survey, the participants were asked the question: “What profession do you consider the most noble, moral, selfless and honest at the present time?” About 10 percent of the respondents chose a teacher, another 4 percent named the professions of a rescuer and a courier as such.
The survey participants explained in the comments that during the period of strict self-isolation due to the coronavirus pandemic, many Russians were forced to pay attention to the work of delivery service employees, SuperJob reports. About 3 percent of the respondents consider the construction profession to be the most noble. Another 2 percent chose the military, firefighters and janitors.
About a quarter of the respondents were unable to choose only one of the most noble and moral profession and named their totality. The list includes veterinarians, salespeople, chauffeurs, miners, plumbers, lawyers, pilots, programmers, cooks, engineers, astronauts and librarians. About 6 percent believe that the concept of “noble profession” no longer exists.
Previously, the most popular jobs among Russians in 2020 have become known. Most of all, the Russians were looking for cleaners, security guards and drivers. In addition, the positions of an accountant and a salesperson were in demand.
