Iran threatens those involved in murder of Soleimani with revenge in their own homes

Iran’s revenge for the assassination of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani, head of the elite al-Quds unit of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), may overtake the United States on its own territory. This was stated by the current commander of the Al-Quds unit, Brigadier General Ismail Kaani, quoted by the Tasnim agency.

“You will no longer be able to relax even at home, and it is not unlikely that revenge will find you there,” Kaani threatened. Addressing the incumbent US President Donald Trump and others involved in the assassination of Soleimani, Iranian general stressed that they will not be able to “live in comfort” after their crime.

Earlier it became known that the broadcast on the frequency of the US civil aviation broke through unknown and threatened to fly into the building of US Congress on January 6th. Thus, the attacker argued, he would avenge the killed Iranian general Qasem Suleimani. The sender of this message has not yet been identified.

Suleimani died in Iraqi Baghdad on January 3, 2020, in a missile attack from the United States. Together with the general, several officers accompanying him and the deputy commander of the Iraqi Shiite militia, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, were killed. In response, Tehran fired dozens of missiles at American targets in Iraq on the night of January 8. The operation that took place was named “Martyr of Suleimani”.
