leaked the full content of Nissan North America’s internal Git repository. The leak was caused by a Git server launched by the company based on the Bitbucket platform, to which the default account with the name “admin” and the password “admin” was used.
The source code of mobile applications was also obtained , diagnostic utilities, NCAR / ICAR services, an information system for interacting with dealers, a portal for logistics management, server backends, internal information systems, automotive services, as well as various programs for working with clients, marketing and sales management. Analysis of the received code has already allowed to reveal the hard-coded password “Amalesh” in the ASIST code.
