The police and the gendarmerie will be able to file political opinions, union memberships and health data in the name of public security or state security, ruled in summary, Monday, January 4, Council of State, by rejecting the requests of the trade union organizations CGT, FO, FSU and associations for the defense of human rights which denounced the great “dangerousness” of these files.
