New York prosecutors suspected of plans to bring Trump to trial

The New York Prosecutor’s Office intends to bring the incumbent US President Donald Trump to court. Such suspicions were shared by former Trump adviser Roger Stone in an interview with RT.

“Left-wing prosecutors in the Southern District of New York are determined to bring the president, and possibly his relatives, [former New York Mayor and Trump lawyer Rudolph] Giuliani and others to justice,” Stone said. He did not rule out that the case could turn into a prison term for Trump, but stressed that the politician did not commit any crimes.

The former Trump adviser also announced the massive efforts being made by the left camp against those who voted for the current US president and is supporting him. “If you stood up for him, your words should be censored, you should be deprived of your bank accounts, at the same time they should not allow you to speak on social networks. Maybe they will go further and say that you should be deprived of the opportunity to travel by plane or use e-mail,” Stone said .

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said earlier that the US House of Representatives will call on Vice President Mike Pence to remove Trump from power. In particular, it is proposed to remove the current leader of the country for incapacity, in accordance with the 25th amendment to the US Constitution. At the same time, according to her, in the event of impeachment, Donald Trump will not be able to run again for the presidency.
