In the Colombian city of Baranoa, a foreigner set fire to a bar after they refused to sell him beer after 22:00. Bogotá radio station Blu Radio reports.
The owner of the establishment claims that one of the customers began to rage when he learned that due to restrictions imposed in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, the bar will close at 22:00. According to him, the man announced that he was a Venezuelan and could kill whoever he wanted.
In the end, he calmed down and left, but after a few hours he returned, poured gasoline over the institution and set it on fire. Among other things, 24 plastic chairs, six tables and a display case were burned, El Heraldo newspaper writes. The police are hoping to identify the arsonist using CCTV footage.
