After Kim Jong-un was elected general secretary at the VIII Congress of the Korean Workers’ Party (WPK) in Pyongyang, unlimited power was concentrated in his hands. This was stated in an interview with TASS by the South Korean political scientist, employee of the Fund for the Future of the Korean Peninsula Meng Chu Suk.
