Governor of Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Solodov fulfilled the New Year wishes of four children as part of the action “Christmas tree of desires”. This is reported on the site a> regional governments.
The governor came to the youngest children dressed as Santa Claus. So, six-year-old Tanya Chebodaeva asked Santa Claus for a large unicorn. As a result, not only Tanya received gifts, but also her brother and sister. 17-year-old Sasha Fedorov dreamed of flying in a helicopter around volcanoes. The head of the region fulfilled the teenager’s dream and presented him with a certificate for a helicopter tour. Already on January 4, Sasha will fly to the volcanoes. In her letter to Santa Claus, Veronika Safronova did not ask for gifts – she really wanted to meet with the governor and talk to him. On the eve of the holiday, the head of the region met with the girl in his office. The child was presented with a box of sweets, Christmas decorations and a set for creating paintings from diamond mosaic.
In total, 12 young residents of the Kamchatka Territory received gifts from the head of the region within the framework of the all-Russian action “Christmas tree of desires”.
Also on December 31 in the region a solemn ceremony of handing over the keys to new settlers took place. Two new nine-storey houses of 45 apartments were commissioned a few days ago. The head of the Kamchatka Territory congratulated the residents of house number 14 on Sportivnaya Street in the city of Elizovo on the new home. Eight families received the keys to the apartments. All of them were on the waiting list and received new apartments under the program of resettlement from dilapidated emergency and earthquake-prone housing, subject to demolition.
“The best gift for the New Year is new housing: well-appointed, comfortable and meeting all standards. Today in Elizovo we have rented two such houses thanks to the support of the government of the Russian Federation and personal decision Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin on the allocation of additional funds. We completed this stage of the program ahead of schedule. At the same time, we have big plans ahead: the construction of several more houses. Increasing the pace of construction is one of our priorities. We have to double the pace of construction for the next years. And, of course, I am sure that next year and in a year we will have no less joyful events, which I would like to wish in the new year 2021, “Solodov said.
The keys to apartments in the new building were received by the first eight tenants. The rest of the apartments will begin to populate in early 2021. In total, 90 families from Elizovo will move to comfortable and well-maintained housing at the beginning of the year. There are also plans to build four more multi-storey buildings with 312 apartments. Their delivery is scheduled for 2022.
Also keys to new apartments handed to the residents of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. In the regional capital, the construction of two nine-storey residential buildings has been completed, 270 families will celebrate housewarming.
