A cosmetologist from the Russian city of Kemerovo was charged under a criminal article because she mutilated her client. It turned out that the “specialist” has no specialized education at all. The Telegram channel Mash writes about this.
The accused’s name is Anastasia Boyarskaya. A girl with a spectacular appearance advertised for her appearance the services of a beautician, although she has neither education nor license.
