Weighing 108.5 kilograms, a resident of the Australian state of Western Australia lost 25 kilograms in five months and shared the secret of success. The Daily Mail reports.
26-year-old Rebecca Vosper has never played sports and ate fast food five times a week. Her weight was completely out of control after the birth of the baby. She was living in another state at the time, missed family and friends, and ate to calm herself. During pregnancy, an Australian woman suddenly developed a craving for sugary and fatty foods.
As a result, Vosper developed a pre-diabetes condition, endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome. She developed stomach pains, acne and began to grow facial hair. “I felt uncomfortable in my own body. I didn’t like my reflection in the mirror. So I decided it was time to seriously change my lifestyle,” she said.
On August 13, Vosper underwent sleeve gastrectomy: doctors removed part of her stomach. Since then, the Australian has been on a low-calorie diet.
She no longer eats junk food and tries to choose healthy and nutritious food in supermarkets. Vosper did not go to the gym, but increased her cardio workout by taking long walks to the beach or in the park with her son and lover.
Five months later, she managed to lose weight up to 83 kilograms. She is very proud of the result she has achieved and intends to continue to lead a healthy lifestyle.
For breakfast, Vosper drinks a cup of coffee and eats an avocado toast. Then she snacks on fruit and celery with peanut butter. Her lunch consists of a sandwich or plate of vegetables with meat and cheese. For dinner, the Australian woman and her lover order a set of healthy food, and for dessert, they eat some ice cream.
The woman advises others who want to lose weight to do it for themselves, and not for others. “The first step is always the hardest, but your health is worth it,” she said.
