A resident of the Californian city of Inglewood celebrated her 70th birthday with a photo shoot in a swimsuit and revealed the secret of her youth. The Daily Mail reports.
Vegetarian chef and owner of Stuff I Eat restaurant Babette Davis came up with the idea for the holiday shoot after her daughter sent her some old shots that helped her realize she looks as good as she did 30 years ago … “In these pictures I was probably 30-40 years old, and I realized that my appearance had not changed much aesthetically. At that moment I decided that for my 70th birthday I would do a photo shoot in a swimsuit,” the woman shared.
In the published photos, the heroine of the material is dressed in a black bathing suit and sandals with heels. Her image was complemented by a headband, large gold earrings, bracelets and rings.
Davis fans admired her appearance, which they wrote to her in the comments below the photos. “You are my inspiration! I bow to you”, “You look amazing! Love you!”, “You are great inside and out – thank you for sharing and being a wonderful motivation for so many people,” they said.
The woman explained that she owes her youthful appearance exclusively to sports and proper nutrition. According to her, every day she wakes up at two in the morning, does a half-hour strength training, and by three hours she goes to work at her restaurant. In addition, the heroine gave up meat and dairy products over 20 years ago.
“People get depressed as they get older and older, but I adore myself at any age. What next challenge can I challenge myself? What can I do at 75? Retire?” Davis laughed.
Earlier in December, the 51-year-old model shared a selfie in a swimsuit and surprised fans of youth. In a picture posted on the network, the model poses in a black swimsuit with a neckline and side cut. Fans appreciated her appearance in the comments.
