The state of health of the President of France Emmanuel Macron is assessed as stable. This was announced by the attending physician of the head of state Jean-Christophe Perrochon, his statement appeared on the Elysee Palace website.
“He still has the same symptoms of COVID-19 disease (fatigue, cough, body aches), which in no way interfere with his functions,” the doctor informed.
It also became known that Macron is regularly examined.
On the eve of December 18, the President of France published a video message in which he told about well-being. The politician noted that everything is all right with him: he is worried only about fever, headaches and dry cough.
Macron’s infection with coronavirus became known on December 17. He went into self-isolation for at least a week and will work remotely during this time.
