The specialist added that colorful vegetables, vegetable oils and canned tomatoes also play an important role in maintaining human health. Sutter also reminded that the body must always maintain a certain level of fluid, and advised to drink more water and eat vegetables rich in it, such as watermelons and cucumbers.

Earlier, TV presenter, Doctor of Medicine Elena Malysheva named the most useful products for human lungs. The superfood list includes broccoli, mackerel and turmeric. The program “Life is great!” noted that broccoli contains sulforaphane, a compound that has anti-tumor effects.
