Charles Aye-Kumi himself is sure that his rights were violated, since the marriage was unilaterally dissolved. The ex-wife, when filing for divorce, referred to her husband’s “unreasonable behavior”.
Now the 64-year-old Briton intends to file with the Supreme Court of England. In addition, he complained about the “too simple” legislation in the field of divorce. At the same time, Aye-Kumi claims that when talking about the constant absence of a home, his ex-wife Marion meant the time 20 years ago, when he worked hard to pay off the mortgage.
“I admit that I missed several family holidays, and that I worked with clients 24/7, on weekends and late at night. This is what makes me different from large companies that do the same work as me,” – said the Briton , noting that he works for himself and he has no one else to rely on.
