Earlier, Tikhanovskaya announced her readiness to lead the country in the transition period. In her opinion, it can last 45 days, after which new elections will be held. The oppositionist is confident that the current Belarusian authorities will soon be forced to negotiate to overcome the political crisis.

In Belarus, for almost four months, mass protests have been going on because of the official results of the presidential elections, according to which Tikhanovskaya won 10 percent of the vote, and who ran for a sixth term Alexander Lukashenko – 80 percent.
