The owners of new Apple smartphones have complained about problems with charging devices, according to the 9to5mac edition.
The editor of the publication Ben Lovejoy drew attention to iPhone-related problems back in November a > (Ben Lovejoy). According to the journalist, his iPhone 12 stopped charging wirelessly – while the author tried to charge the device on three certified Apple Qi devices. After some time, Lovejoy drew attention to similar messages from other users of new Apple smartphones.

A user stated that his iPhone 12 Pro Max has stopped charging wirelessly. After rebooting, the problem was temporarily eliminated, but then the charging broke down again. An Apple spokesman said the company is aware of the problem and is working to fix it. The journalists concluded that the American company had acknowledged the problem.
The approximate number of problematic Apple smartphones is unknown. However, 9to5mac journalists noticed hundreds of requests on the official support forum. The charging-related bug is likely to be fixed in a future iOS update.
Previously, users of Apple’s new generation smartphones complained about problems with cellular communication. In some cases, the devices may lose 4G and 5G connectivity, they said. Social media enthusiasts noticed that the problem is partially solved by switching the device to airplane mode and back.
