A man fought a bear to save a dog

American Kaleb Benham got into a fight with a bear who was trying to steal his dog Buddy. As a result, the man won, and the predator released the pet, according to CBS.

According to Benham, he heard a strange sound outside the house where his pit bull was playing. Going out into the street, he saw a bear dragging his dog by the head. “I just ran there, hit the bear, grabbed it, grabbed the throat and started hitting the beast in the face and eyes until it released Buddy,” the American shared.

Benham was not injured in the fight with the wild animal. But the dog needed help. Veterinarians operated on the pit bull, inserted special braces into his head and stitched him. By now, the dog has already recovered.

Earlier, a family from the Australian Sunshine Coast, Queensland, saved his two-month-old puppy from the rhombic python that attacked him. They pulled the dog out of the snake’s mouth, and wrapped the python in a pillowcase to prevent it from getting out, and hid it in a trash can.
