Last April, 34-year-old Chu Ben Wee fitted a miniature GoPro camera to his boot. With the camera on, he walked up to 184 women and filmed them from an angle, allowing you to look under the skirt. Three months later, the pervert again took up the old and filmed another 300 women.
By the time Chun Ben Vi was caught, more than 480 women had died. He was charged with 17 cases of insult to woman’s dignity. Any charge of this nature can be punished with a fine or imprisonment for up to one year.
