US Navy “Silent Hunter” spotted in Gibraltar

The US Navy’s Silent Hunter-class nuclear-powered submarine (Silent Hunter) has appeared in the port of Gibraltar. Corresponding Twitter snapshot publishes US Navy.

In the caption, the US Navy notes that Silent Hunter is acting “in support of regional allies and partners, and US national security interests in Europe and Africa.”

In September, Defense News reported that over the past few months the Arctic visited, in particular, the US Navy Seawolf class nuclear submarine, considered the most advanced submarine in the world, and the world’s only serial heavy stealth strategic bomber B-2 Spirit of the United States Air Force.

In August, US Air Force Chief of Staff Charles Brown Jr. stated that the war of the future involving the United States will not be like the conflicts of the past two decades. “The war of the future will not stay far from our shores,” he suggested.
