Nutritionist Olga Korableva called the daily norm of chicken eggs in the diet, and also revealed the benefits and harms of this product for some people. Her words are quoted by RIA Novosti .
The doctor warned that eggs can cause allergies. They are also not recommended for people with high cholesterol levels. In addition, this product should be excluded from the diet for pancreatitis, liver and gallbladder problems, and sometimes gastritis.
It is noted that one egg contains 13 percent protein and 12 percent fat. This product is rich in calcium, phosphorus and a whole complex of vitamins. The yolk contains leticin, which nourishes the brain tissue, supplies phosphorus and prevents the formation of cholesterol plaques.
One or two eggs for breakfast, according to Korableva, will allow a person to build muscle mass. At the same time, the product is not too high in calories and nutritious – an average of 150 calories per 100 grams. A healthy person can consume up to three eggs per day. However, it is advisable to eat no more than six per week for a varied diet.
Korableva emphasizes that daily consumption of chicken eggs improves mood. This is due to choline, a natural sedative. In addition, 100 grams of boiled eggs contains about 20 percent of the daily value of tryptophan, which produces the “happiness hormone” serotonin.
Previously, nutritionist Aytor Sanchez explained the difference between eggs with light and dark shells … According to him, the color of the eggshell depends on the color pigment that the chicken gives it.
