At the same time, he expressed the hope that in December the authorities will make a decision, thanks to which the work on the creation of the ammunition industry and the acquisition of the necessary equipment will continue. Earlier, the Luhansk cartridge plant, which produced ammunition, worked in Ukraine. Since 2014, it has been located on the territory of Donbass, which is not controlled by the Ukrainian side.
