Iran reveals details of weapons firing at nuclear physicist

Iranian TV channel Al Alam has revealed details about the weapon that shot at nuclear physicist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh. According to the source, it was controlled via satellite.

In addition, the channel’s source told that there is evidence of involvement in the assassination attempt by Israel. The murder was allegedly committed to increase pressure on Iran and slow down scientific progress.

Previously Fars agency reported that Fakhrizadeh was killed from a remotely controlled automatic rifle. The machine gun was installed in a Nissan on the side of the road, which exploded after firing. It was noted that the attackers themselves were not present at the time of the attack.

On the death of Fakhrizada, who headed the Research and Innovation Department Ministry of Defense Iran and was one of the founders of the country’s nuclear program, became known on November 27. The assassination attempt took place in the village of Absard near Tehran. Later, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that the death of Mohsen Fahrizadeh cited a conspiracy between Israel, the United States and Saudi Arabia.
