Dozens of police officers injured during protests in France

During the protests in France, at least 37 law enforcement officers were injured. The chapter MIA Gerald Darmanen wrote about this on his page in Twitter .

“37 police and gendarmes were injured during the demonstrations. I reiterate my condemnation of the violence against law enforcement officials,” he wrote.

Protests in France began after the deputies of the National Assembly supported the article of the bill “On Global Security”. It criminalizes the dissemination of facial images or other identification of a police or gendarme representative with the intent to harm him. The bill provides for this punishment in the form of one year of imprisonment and a fine of 45 thousand euros.
