Fashion experts have named the most coveted footwear of 2020 by analyzing consumer requests, reports Footwear News.
According to a report by Swedish online financial services company Klarna, shoppers are looking to get a new pair of shoes as a gift for the upcoming holidays, namely the Nike Air Force 1s. They took second place in the ranking of the best gifts, behind the Apple AirPod Pro headphones.
It is noted that the mentioned list was compiled based on requests from users of the Klarna application for the period from October 1 to November 8. Klarna adds that online shopping is now a preference for American consumers. “Consumers of all ages are particularly interested in electronics, footwear and home furnishings in anticipation of the holidays,” said Klarna employee David Sykes.
Earlier in January, fashion experts proclaimed the most popular footwear of 2020 by examining designer shows of spring collections and images of stars on the red carpets. Among the most popular were shoes and ankle boots with a square toe, cowboy-style Cossack boots, as well as high massive boots with laces and a platform.
