First of all, he plans to change the migration legislation. To do this, he will send a document to the Senate that will allow 11 million undocumented people to obtain citizenship.
Biden also criticized the decrees of the past US President Donald Trump on the environment and promised to get them canceled. In particular, he said, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) was “gutted” under the current president.
At the same time, Biden noted that the implementation of these points will depend on “what kind of cooperation I may or may not get from the United States Congress.”
The third step, Biden called the provision of “immediate assistance” to the authorities of the states affected by the coronavirus epidemic.
