LG invented laptop roll

LG has patented a laptop with a sliding screen. It is reported by the Root MyGalaxy edition with reference to the published patent application.

According to the description of the invention, the computer is equipped with a flexible screen that can be rolled up and hidden in the base of the laptop case. The transformation of the device takes place with the help of electric motors. The keyboard of the device is also foldable. According to journalists, when folded, the device resembles a soundbar.

The document clarifies that the laptop will receive a roll-up display with a diagonal of 13.3 to 17 inches. Unlike many laptop computers on the market, the device of the Korean company will receive a power button located at the end of the case. Reporters noted that this design would make the LG computer more compact and more mobile than other laptops.

At the end of September, LG presented the first roll-matrix TV. The LG Signature OLED TV R, worth KRW 100 million, or about RUB 6.8 million, features a flexible OLED display that folds into a stand.
