The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Australia did not use the service channel to clarify the situation with the cyber attack on Medinank, of which Russia is accused.
The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry believes that Australia “picked up the relay race to promote the anti -Russian agenda in the information space.”
“It is exceptionally that the unreasonable politicized accusations can be explained by the country’s position for allegedly committing cyber attacks on the Medibank insurance company. At the same time, any evidence was not submitted. The investigation was not carried out,” Maria Zakharova said at a briefing.
The diplomat noted that Moscow provided the authorities of Australia with the opportunity to directly contact Russian colleagues to jointly search for criminals and prevent new crimes.
“As far as we know, Australia did not use the channel to clarify the incidents around her bank,” Zakharova said.
