According to Microsoft, the company’s service infrastructure works with failures, which affects the general functionality of the service in the Asia-Pacific region (APR). The following services touched on the problems:
- Exchange Online (users cannot access the service);
- Microsoft Teams (the functions of creating meetings, chats, tasks and searching for people);
- SharePoint Online;
- Microsoft PowerApps;
- Microsoft Powerautomate.
Microsoft restarted part of the touched systems and continues to monitor their work. The company has so far finding out the main reason and develops other potential ways to mitigate the consequences. Microsoft’s ballot says that the problem “can affect any user in the Asia-Pacific region”.
