This process itself was not problematic, but in combination with a large number of requests, this led to the saturation of resources, which affected several Microsoft 365 applications.

Microsoft restarted the system without this outdated process, which led to the restoration of the working capacity of the affected infrastructure. Problems with Microsoft services lasted 10 hours.

Earlier in November, the Minister of Enlightenment and France Youth of France Pap Nedia said that free versions of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace should not be used in schools.
