The General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGPN) was seized on Friday December 16 by the prefecture of Loir-et-Cher, after the violent assault of a young woman by her former companion. 24 years old, she was placed in a coma at the Tours hospital.
While she had presented herself earlier in the afternoon at the Blois police station, she was asked to return on Saturday, announced the prefecture of Loir-et-Cher on Friday evening. In a press release, the prefect of Loir-et-Cher François Pesneau, said that he had requested the referral to the IGPN “in order to know precisely the conditions in which the victim had been, shortly before the facts, welcomed at the police station of Blois and invited to represent themselves the next day “.
According to a medico-legal examination carried out Wednesday, the victim suffered from “major hemorrhagic hemorrhagic lesions” and his vital prognosis was engaged, said the public prosecutor of Blois, Charlotte Beluet. His neurological prognosis was described as “dark” in a press release from the prosecution.

The young woman had been found unconscious in the hall of a building by the police, warned by witnesses, Tuesday around 7 p.m.
“On the day of the facts, around 5 p.m., she presented herself to the reception of the Blois police station and (…) had been invited to represent herself the next day,” confirmed Ms. Beluet.
