As the minister noted at a joint meeting of the State Duma control committees and information policy, the number of Russians using applications to bypass blocking has decreased. According to him, the share of users of VPN services among Russians after a surge in the summer fell to the spring level.
“Positive, in fact, the news that, analyzing the traffic of mobile operators, we see that the share of the VPN began to grow at some point, but now returned to the March-Aprilian level. That is, in general, VPN in We have not yet taken root in our country, ”said Shadaev.
