According to a new study published on Tuesday, the AI technology three times increased the number of British recovered after a stroke. Researchers analyzed information about 111,000 patients with suspected stroke, who were treated using technology. The analysis results are as follows:
The time between the visit to the doctor and the beginning of treatment decreased by more than 60 minutes;
The share of those who were able to fully recover after a stroke increased from 16 to 48 percent.
The technology is part of the platform developed by the British company Branomix. It is used by large British networks of clinics and is funded by the state. The platform helps doctors quickly decipher the results of scanning of the brain and share them with specialists around the world.
