Hollywood fallen star following numerous charges of sexual violence, Kevin Spacey continues to proclaim his innocence. The American actor pleaded not on Friday, January 13, of seven new charges of sexual assault in the United Kingdom, a few months after already denied other similar accusations.
The 63 -year -old Hollywood star, who attended this audience in front of the Southwark court in London is accused of sexual assault on a man who would have occurred between 2001 and 2004. Kevin Spacey is notably accused of ‘Having forced this man “to engage in an undisputed sexual intercourse”, explained in November the service of the crown prosecutor when he authorized the police to add these new charges to the already heavy file of the actor.
The actor twice Oscar winner (for American Beauty and Usual Suspects) is already prosecuted for four sexual assaults on three men between March 2005 and April 2013, when he was director of the London theater Old Vic. Heard in July during a hearing for which he had made the trip to London, he also pleaded not guilty.

In total, he must now answer twelve charges related to accusations of sexual assault on four men between 2001 and 2013. The actor’s trial scheduled for June and which must last a month, will deal with the set of these cases. A procedural hearing is scheduled for April 5.
Kevin Spacey, whose career has been largely highlighted by these cases, also faced charges in the United States. In October, he was judged not guilty of sexual touching by a New York civil court.
He had also been charged with modesty and sexual assault on an 18 -year -old young man in a bar in the State of Massachusetts, on the East Coast. The proceedings had been abandoned in July 2019.
