“Haurus”, ex-agent of DGSI which sold police files on Dark

The Marseille prosecutor’s office requests the referral to the criminal court for passive corruption of Christophe Boutry, former official of internal security, and the continuation of the investigation for the association of criminals for the preparation of assassinations of figures of the figures of Narcobanditism in the Marseille city.

Already sentenced to five years in prison in November 2021 for having sold on the Dark Net, under the pseudonym of Haurus, data from police files, Christophe Boutry, 36, former agent of the general management of the Interior security (DGSI), could face a new trial in a few months. In Marseille this time, where the prosecution requested, in early December 2022, its referral to the criminal court for “passive corruption by person depositary of the public authority”, learned MO12345lemonde.

In his final indictment, the public prosecutor requests a disjunction of proceedings with this trial for corruption, and the continuation of the investigation into the association of criminals for the preparation of nine voluntary homicides in organized band, targeting figures of Marseille narcobanditis and on which Haurus had provided information. The Marseille prosecution places this 42 -year -old man at the head of a band of criminals called “The Marignane team”, involved in the wars of Narcobanditis of the Marseille city. It would be his half-brother, Antonio Martinez, who, in 2017, would have recourse to the services of Haurus on the Dark Net until his assassination, in February 2018, in the parking lot of an amusement park; Pascal Gomez-Galeote then taking over.

Of the 385 illegitimate requests made in Haurus – requests for identification of subscribers, detailed invoicing with geolocation and demarcation, IP addresses … -, fifty emanated, between January and August 2018, of Mr. Nadotti acting under the pseudos “CVVGOLD” and “Quiubo”.
