“These funds have gone to the creation and promotion of fake information, the distribution of it through bloggers – foreign agents, the acquisition of advertising traffic,” Mizulina said.
The director of the safe Internet league added that the money was also spent on the wrapping of search results and publications with fake information about the Armed Forces of Russia.
