Computer History Museum received permission from Adobe to publish the initial texts of one of the first implementations Printing technologies postscript released in 1984. Postscript technology is notable for the fact that the page displayed is described in a special programming language and the PostScript document is a program interpreted when printing.
The published code is written in the language and is now available for downloads (zip archive ) under the license Chm Software License Agreement . The implementation, among other things, includes the Hyinding code of fonts, which formed the basis of an algorithm that provides high quality fonts drawing in different resolutions, which has long been a commercial secret Adobe, disclosed only in 2010.
