Russia proposed introducing legislative regulation of virtual reality. Such a proposal was made by the representative of the All-Russian Research Institute (VNII) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Alexander Smirnov, TASS reports.
Smirnov noted that in the media content for virtual and augmented reality systems there is an increased risk of destructive information and psychological impact.
, to reduce these risks, Smirnov considers it necessary to introduce the regulation of this sphere, as well as introduce the labeling of content in addition to age -related restrictions. In addition, as one of the measures, it is proposed to be endowed with the legal status of the cybercurine that reveal the destructive content on the network.
