Victim of a “large -scale cyber attack”, the Guadeloupe region has decided to file a complaint. “As a security measure, all IT networks have been interrupted to protect data and a diagnosis is underway,” she said in a statement published Monday, November 21.

“A service continuity plan is put in place to carry out public service missions,” adds the local entity which sent a notification to the CNIL.
