The first elements of the investigation “seem to be heading towards a premeditated act,” the public prosecutor of Arras said on Tuesday. On the spot, those who knew Sandy T. seek to understand what they missed.

A farmhouse surrounded by a gendarmerie yellow band. A swing oscillating in the rain. And an inscription in white letters, impossible to ignore on the red brick wall of a barn: “you banks”. It was at the bottom of this hangar overflowing with odds and ends, in a small village in Pas-de-Calais, that the body of Sandy T. was found. He would have committed suicide after kidnapping and killed a tax agent on Monday, November 21. Another public finance inspector, found tied up, attended the murder of her colleague.
Both had an appointment with Sandy T. at 2 p.m. on Monday. At home, in this old farmhouse in Bullecourt, in Pas-de-Calais, which he had bought a few years ago to develop his business as a second-hand dealer: three barns to store, a house he retailed and near 4,000 square meters of land. He had installed his “Speed Debarras” deposit there.
This meeting is not the first between Sandy T. and the tax administration, which has examined the regularity of its accounts since May. This time, civil servants must present their conclusions to the entrepreneur. And the interview degenerates. Two hours after their arrival, the second-hand dealer calls for his ex-wife, and asks him to come. Upon her arrival, she sees a woman tied up on a chair through the window. It is 6:08 p.m., she composes on the 17th.
Several stabs
The gendarmes then discovered in the house the 39 -year -old finance inspector attached, in shock, and her colleague already dead on land, an abundant wound in the abdomen. The 43-year-old man, chief of the Departmental Pas-de-Calais Departmental Finance Directorate of the Departmental Finance Directorate, was killed with several stabs on the back and the thorax, said the public prosecutor of the Republic of Arras, Sylvain Barbier Sainte Marie, during a press conference Tuesday, November 22. By searching one of the three barns, the gendarmes then find the body of Sandy T., a pistol by his side. The 46 -year -old entrepreneur would have committed suicide in the chest.
Was the finance inspector killed personally the second-hand dealer’s file? Has the latter called his ex-wife to warn her of his gesture? What was the subject of the current tax audit, and the financial situation of Sandy T.? The investigation open for sequestration and assassination should make it possible to answer questions still pending. The first elements suggest a premeditated act, according to the prosecutor, who explains that tightening necklaces were used in particular to tie the victims. For the rest, he adds, “we will know more in the coming days”. After the hearings of the inspector, “extremely shocked”, of the ex-wife, and the elements that the tax administration must transmit to justice.
