Benyamin Netanyahu and his right allies won the clear majority of seats in Parliament after Tuesday’s legislative elections, the Israeli electoral commission announced on Thursday, November 3.
According to the final count, the Likoud of the former Prime Minister wins 34 seats, the ultra-Orthodox parties 18 seats and the extreme right alliance 14. The right block therefore controls 64 of the 120 seats of the Knesset . Opposite, the block of the outgoing Prime Minister Yaïr Lapid, centrist, won 51 seats.
