He in turn pleaded “clumsiness”, “humor” or “imprudence”. One year in suspended prison sentence was required on Monday, October 24, in Paris against Jean-Marc Morandini for discussions with three minors.
Judged for “corruption of minors”, this figure of the PAF had to answer for messages sent to two young people of 15 years, in 2013 and in 2015-2016, who consisted for one to evoke sex scenarios and, for the Second, ask him to send a picture of him naked. Faced with the criminal court, the CNews star host also appeared to have cast a casting in 2009 in a 16 -year -old during which he would have asked him to strip and masturbate.

His arguments did not convince the public prosecutor, who requested a year of suspended imprisonment and an obligation of care. “It is not an imprudence to have sexualized exchanges with minors, it is an offense,” said Aurélien Brouillet prosecutor, alarming the lack of “awareness” of the defendant.
pleading the release, the animator’s lawyers castigated a built file on “very fluctuating declarations” and parasitized by “a media lynching”. “There was no intention to pervert sexuality” of the complainants, estimated Céline Lasek.

The court first looked at the messages exchanged in 2013 with Romuald (all first names were modified). This 15-year-old is a fan of the animator, who then officiates on NRJ 12, and contacts him on Twitter.
After harmless exchanges, Mr. Morandini directs the conversation to the sexual practices of the adolescent: “Mdr you are so naughty behind your wise air”, “Do you strips?” The messages read to the audience leave no room for ambiguity. The host assumes this “seduction game” with a young man whose age he says and who has since removed his complaint.
The president is surprised by signals neglected by the defendant, especially when Romuald interrupts a conversation because her “mother must make her recite her [course of] history”. Mr. Morandini assures him, however: he did not know the age of Romuald and cut the bridges “immediately” when he was informed.
The host knew, on the other hand, the minority of Simon, another 15-year-old with whom he converses on Twitter in 2015-2016 and to whom he will ask, in vain for months, a photo of him naked.
Then comes the case of Clément. In 2009, this 16-year-old adolescent was registered on a casting site and received an email from a certain Claire, behind which hides Jean-Marc Morandini. We make him look at a role for a remake of Ken Park, a film featuring sexual relations between adolescents.
According to his story, Clément goes to Mr. Morandini’s home, where the host leads him to strip and asks him to masturbate, which he will refuse before slamming the door. In court, the host claims to have no memories of it and challenges: “It could not happen like that.” This casting was “a trap,” says Francis Szpiner, the lawyer for Clément and the ‘Association La Voix de l’Enfant, qualifying the animator as “predator”.
The court will render its judgment on December 5. A second trial awaits Mr. Morandini for the “sexual harassment” of an actor, major, as part of a casting for an erotic web series.
