Google has made the operating system Chrome OS 112 available for download. The source code is distributed under the free license Apache 2.0. The assembly of Chrome OS 112 is available for most relevant models of Chromebook. Changes in Chrome OS 112 include an updated menu with quick settings, making navigation easier by grouping similar functions.
