EuroLinux 9.2, a distribution prepared by re-elective texts of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.2 distribution packages and completely binary compatible, has been released. The changes are reduced to rebranding and removing of bags specific for Rhel, while the rest of the distribution is similar to Rhel 9.2. The Eurolinux 9 branch will be supported until June 30, 2032.
The installation images, varying in size from 864 MB (boot) to 8 GB (AppStream) and 2 GB, are available for download. Migration scripts for existing installations based on Rhel 7/8/9, Almalinux 8/9, Centos 7/8, Oracle Linux 7/8/9, Rocky Linux 8/9, and Centos 9 Stream are also provided.
Paid subscription and free options are available and identical, with a complete set of systemic capabilities and updates. The paid subscription includes technical support services, access to Errata files, and the ability to use additional packages, including means for loading the load, ensuring high availability, and creating reliable storages.
