A new experimental release of the open implementation Winapi, called Wine 8.13, has been made available. This new version includes the closure of 36 errors and 290 changes since the release of version 8.12.
Here are some of the most significant changes:
- Added Wow64 support for Winegstreamer, providing layers for launching 32-bit programs in 64-bit Windows.
- In jscept.dll, support for the object Weakmap has been added. This allows for working with a collection of key/value pairs, where the key is an object to which an arbitrary value can be attached. Implemented methods such as Weakmap.get(), Weakmap.delete(), Weakmap.clear(), and Weakmap.has().
- WineVulkan has updated its support for the graphic API Vulkan to version 1.3.258.
- Georgian translations have been added.
- Closed errors related to applications such as Steam, MS Office 2007, PowerPoint 2007, Frameper 7.2/8.0, Kolab E14, and Iperf 2.0.8.
- Closed errors related to games like League of Legends, S.T.A.K.E.R., Fallout 3, Total War Shogun 2, Mediev II: Total War, Yu-Gi-OH! Online 3, AVP 2000, Star Ocean The Last Hope, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Total Conflict: Resistance, and Dying Light 2: Stay Human.
